This patient is a lovely 36 year old white female who came in for a breast augmentation to my Boca Raton office.  She was 5'3" tall and weighed approximately 130 pounds.  She had never been happy with her size 36B breast size and desired a change to a full C.  After careful evaluation and discussion of the pros and cons of breast enhancement she decided to proceed using saline filled implants

Under general anesthesia by my board certified anesthesiologist a bilateral breast augmentation was performed through an inframammary (under the breast) approach to place the implants under the muscle.  Inamed (Allergan) style 68 smooth round implants size 390 filled to 415 were used.  An excellent result with a very satisfied patient was obtained.
