Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This 30 year old came to my Boca Raton Plastic Surgery office to obtain inforamtion about a breast augmentation,  She had 2 children and did not plan on any more.  She didn't want to look 16 and was not interested in a lift if at all possible.  She wore an ill fitting B cup bra and wanted to be a 36mid to full size C.

On examining this patient I advised her that doing a breast augmentation alone could give her the result she desired.  I also showed her that her nipple areolar complex pointed outward and this would not be changed.

I performed a breast augmentation through a periareolar approach using Mentor saline moderate profile 425 cc implants filled to 450 cc.  Although a lift would have given her a higher breast she was satisfied and was not willing to accept the extra scars.
