This 34 year old female came to me in Boca Raton, a nurse at one of the hospitals I have staff privileges.  She delivered 2 children by normal delivery and had "deflated" down to a small B from her original mid C cup breast.  She wanted back the lost volume to go to a mid to full C after augmentation.

Examination showed a tall thin patient at 5'8" and 125 pounds with relatively symmetric breasts.  Her right crease was significantly lower than her left.  I pointed out to her that although this would be addressed at surgery there may always be some differences but they should be much less noticeable.

She underwent a submuscular breast augmentation using Inamed style 68 smooth round implants through periareolar incisions.  I used 420cc implants filled to 445cc.  She now wears a C/D cup bra and is very happy with her result.
