Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This 30 year old woman came to my office in Boca Raton for a breast augmentation.  She was referred by her mother, who was also a patient.  She had one child and was not sure whether or not she would have any more children and wanted to do something for herself.  She wore a 34B bra and wanted be a full C small D.

On examination she had relatively symmetric breasts without significant ptosis.  Because she was relatively narrow, I recommended an Inamed (McGhan, Allergan) implants as it had slightly moree projection and was slightly narrower, giving her the size and shape she would want.

A breast augmentation was performed through periareolar incisions and the implants placed them under the muscle.  450cc McGhan implants were filled to 480 cc and patient is now a small D cup but still feels she looks in proportion.
