Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

A 20 year old woman came to see me for a breast augmentation several years after undergoing a rhinoplasty(nose job).  She was always embarassed by her breast size, a 32A and wanted to be a more natural 32 full B small C.  Since she was under 22, the age deemed allowable for silicone, saline implants were recommended unless she wanted to wait 2 years.  She did not want to wait and was amenable to saline.  She weighed approximately 120 pounds and was 5'5" tall.

We reviewed the risks and complications of breast augmentation and she understood these.  The patient underwent a breast augmentation through a periareolar incision to place the implant under the muscle.  Mentor smooth round 300cc implants were placed.  These were filled to 330cc.  This Boca Raton resident was delighted with her results as a C cup with natural looking and feeling breasts.
