This 35 year old mother of 2 came to me for a breast augmentation. She had "deflated" after giving birth to her second child and wanted to regain the volume she had lost and then a little bit more to make her a full B to small C cup. On examination of the breasts patient had a mild asymmetry with the left crease higher than the right. She had very little breast tissue and a few stretch marks. I recommended a breast augmentation using saline implants under the muscle. I used Mentor 350cc implants filled to 390 cc to give her the look she desired through a periareolar approach. She currently is wearing a 32C bra andd able to wear all those clothes she had always wanted to without having to worry which bra to find for a particular outfit.
