This 31 year old woman came to see me for a revision breast augmentation to correct bottoming out of her breast implants. She had 300 cc implants which were encapsulated and uncomfortable.  She wanted more natural looking implants that were softer as well.

She underwent a revision of her breast augmentation with repair of her capsules and reaugmentation in the submuscular position using 390cc Inamed(Allergan) implants filled to 420cc.  Patient is very happy with her results.
