Revison Breast Surgery Before & After Photos

This patient is a 40 year old female who came to my Boca Raton plastic surgery office for revision of a breast augmentation performed 11 years earlier.  She had saline implants placed but was always unhappy with the appearance because they were too far apart and didn't seem to have any filling in the lower portion.  She also didn't like the way they felt so hard and looked so unnatural.  She desired revisionary breast surgery with silicone implants.

After a consultation and evaluation we opted to proceed with a capsulectomy and reaugmentation to correct all of the above problems.  She decided to have silicone implants placed this time due to less rippling and a more natural feel.  The surgery was performed to remove the old implants, remove the scar tissue around the implant(capsulectomy) and create a more natural pocket.  I used 500cc smooth round moderate profile plus silicone gel implants placed in a submuscular pocket to give her the result she desired
